Suitable for single occupancy, Room 2 has high-quality bed with bedspread, duvet and pillows. Bedside table with reading lamp. Desk with desk chair and desk lamp (not on photos). Clothing rack & chest of drawers. Storage boxes underneath the bed. Curtains, mirror, laundry basket, trash can, rugs and decoration.

In addition to the standard security deposit, the move-in payment consists of an administrative fee of €150 for single occupancy and the prepaid rent for the final month of the tenancy. The minimum stay is 6 months and maximum 14 months.
