It also covers community fees, trash collection tax, IBI, and VAT. Additionally, we can help you obtain any type of visa, NIE, registration, etc., as an extra service.

Not included:
– Membership fee: €250 per person or €350 per couple. This fee includes access to community events, check-in management costs, and the provision of two pillows, two cushions, a duvet (available during the autumn-winter season), a full set of bed sheets, a blanket, and two towels.
– Utilities: €65/month.
– Final cleaning fee: €125.
