– Fully equipped kitchen
– Weekly supply of hand soap, dish soap, cleaning products, trash bags, kitchen rolls, and toilet paper

Included Services:
The price includes weekly cleaning service, maintenance, a dedicated Community Facilitator to ensure the best possible experience and assist with any questions about Barcelona or local administrations, access to our community events, 24-hour emergency assistance, and exclusive discounts. It also covers community fees, trash collection tax, IBI, and VAT. Additionally, we can help you obtain any type of visa, NIE, registration, etc., as an extra service.

Not included:
– Membership fee: €250 per person or €350 per couple. This fee includes access to community events, check-in management costs, and the provision of two pillows, two cushions, a duvet (available during the autumn-winter season), a full set of bed sheets, a blanket, and two towels.
– Utilities: €65/month.
– Final cleaning fee: €125.
– Couples: Additional €265/month for couples.
