ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS 5.1 Users may use the Platform to browse accommodation listings, contact Accommodation Providers and submit booking requests. 5.2 Where a user submits a booking request, All Abroad may collect and process information necessary to facilitate the booking process. 5.3 Relevant information may be shared with the relevant Accommodation Provider in order to process the booking request, communicate with the user and facilitate the accommodation arrangement. 5.4 Once a booking request has been accepted, further communication and arrangements may take place directly between the user and the Accommodation Provider. 5.5 All tenancy agreements, accommodation contracts and accommodation arrangements are entered into directly between the user and the Accommodation Provider. 5.6 All Abroad acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any tenancy agreement, accommodation contract or accommodation arrangement.

PAYMENTS 6.1 Payments made through the Platform are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider used by All Abroad. 6.2 All Abroad does not collect, store or have access to users’ full payment card details. 6.3 Payment information is processed directly by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own privacy policy and security procedures. 6.4 Where a booking request is declined, refunds shall be processed in accordance with the Platform’s payment process and the applicable payment provider’s procedures. 6.5 Users acknowledge that refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers, banks and financial institutions. 6.6 All Abroad may retain records relating to transactions, payments and refunds where necessary for accounting, legal, operational or fraud prevention purposes. 7.
